The results of a pre-search narrows the possibility that your chosen name is unavailable. The results are available same day or within 1-2 working days. A report of up to ten matches will be provided. You can choose between a Level1 or a Level 2 a.k.a. Multiple Referencing pre-search. Then, you should proceed with a full and complete registrability search.

Order a Level 2 Pre-Search a.k.a. Multiple Referencing (USD$55.00, $CDN77.00)... Search through our U.S. federal trademark registry and/or Canadian trademark registry of identical, phonetical and foreign translation equivalent trademarks (words) from classes related to your product or services and other classes and receive a report of up to 10 examples closely similar marks to your proposed word mark with detailed particulars such as status, owner's name, date of application etc... Results are available within 24-48 hrs via e-mail or fax

Order a U.S. Full & Complete Registrability Search (USD$ 210.00)... This is a broad and comprehensive search that covers both U.S. Federal and State sources. This search should be conducted before proceeding to registration, it includes:

II U.S. State Trademark Registry database covering all States;

III. Extensive common-law sources covering unregistered trademarks (TM), trade names, brand names and business names; and

Order a Trademark Owner Search (USD$40.00 - CDN$60.00)... A search of the U.S. Federal trademark registry and/or Canadian
trademark registry locating those marks registered or assigned to a
given trademark owner as filed.
