AGREEMENT

The undersigned certifies that the information supplied in this frequent Client/Customer Account to be true and affirms that any credit terms are extended upon the basis of such information. In the event of exceeding the credit limit established by WebTSM Corp., the undersigned personally guarantees the repayment of any purchase until the account has been brought back to within the credit limit.

WebTSM Corp. may cancel this Frequent Client/Customer Account and/or change or vary the terms thereof at any time without obligations to pay for purchase when due. The Applicant/Company hereby agrees to indemnify WebTSM Corp. against any and all damages, loss, expenses (including attorney�s fees and/or liabilities sustained by WebTSM Corp. by reason of or related to the above Applicant/Company�s failure to perform or to pay when due charged incurred.

It is understood and agreed that the terms for this charge account will net 30 days and that a service charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on past due accounts.

Please Note: If by cheque, an initial deposit of USD$50.00 is required. Additional sums may be required at a later date. Certified cheques/Money Order are accepted. This sum will be set-off against searches ordered.
