All personal information entered on TradeName.com's site is secured via our Verisign software.

The Basics

We ask that you take the following steps. This will ensure that your credit card is processed correctly.

  1. Go to our Order a Search page.
  2. Select a country.
  3. Register as a new user if you have not done so already.
  4. Click on the search you wish to purchase. E.g. level 1, level 3, etc.
  5. Fill in search request page.
  6. Once you are satisfied that you have filled in all of the required information (See yellow bullet), hit the "Click ONCE to go to Secure Credit Card Page" button.
  7. Verify all the information presented to you in the table. This page provides you with an opportunity to correct or update information from when you FIRST registered as a user. In the top left corner you will see the Type of Search and the Total Charge that will appear on your credit card.
  8. Click the "Click ONCE to Place an Order" button to process your credit card.
  9. If your card is accepted, you will be presented with an order ID and message informing you of a successful transaction.
  10. If the card fails or is not accepted for other reasons, you will see an appropriate message instructing you about the steps to take.
Other Payment Options:

If you would rather not purchase our services over the Internet, we still offer traditional approaches to making purchases. For example, credit card information can be taken over the telephone by our customer service representatives.
