Agreement The undersigned certifies that the information supplied in this corporate account application to be true and affirms that any credit terms are extended upon the basis of such information. In the event of exceeding the credit limit established by WebTSM Corp., the undersigned personally guarantees the repayment of any purchase until the account has been brought back to within the credit limit. WebTSM Corp. may cancel this corporate account and/or change or vary the terms thereof at any time without notice, but it is understood and agreed upon that this does not relieve the applicant company of its obligations to pay for purchases when due. The applicant company hereby agrees to indemnify WebTSM Corp. against any and all damages, loss, expenses (including attorneys fees) and/or liabilities sustained by WebTSM Corp. by reason of or related to the above Applicant/Company’s failure to perform or to pay when due charges incurred. It is understood and agreed that the terms for this corporate account will net 15 days and that a service charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on past due accounts. Please Note: A minimum initial deposit of USD $500.00 is required. This sum will be set-off against searches ordered. Additional sums may be required at a later date. Certified cheques/money order and major credit cards are accepted.
