United States & Canadian Federal Monitoring I:
Weekly monitoring of your trademark with the United States and Canadian Federal Trademarks Offices that may conflict dilute or, be confusingly similar with your trademark. Included are, registered, pending, allowed, advertised, expunged and recent abandoned trademarks.
This report will allow you to police and enforce your trademark rights. Canadian Federal; reports will contain a minimum of fifteen (15) cited marks. The first report will be delivered within two business days after the original request date.
U.S & Canadian Common Law Monitoring II:
